Order Cancellation Policy

At SelFit, we understand that plans can change. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order number.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may initiate a return once you receive the item, according to our Return Policy.

Please note:

  • Cancellations must be requested via email or our contact form.

  • Orders canceled after 24 hours may be subject to processing fees.

  • Once canceled, refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
