At SelFit, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.
Returns
- Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Clearance and Final Sale items
- Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at selfitzw@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our customer care team will guide you through the process.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return the original item and place a new order separately.
